The menu down the left

The dark column shows your address, how long the sale has been active, and the search box.

Below it are four tabs in one panel: Calendar, Documents, Emails, and People. Press a tab to open it, then move between them without closing the panel.

The card at the bottom shows your current milestone. Once you add a closing date, it also shows the time remaining. Press the card to open that milestone.
