For real estate agents

Give every seller a home for their home sale.

Your seller gets one Room for the sale, with a guide for each step and their papers in one place. You can hand it over with one link.

Free for you. Free for the seller until the listing.
*Keighbor is a home-selling organizer that keeps your steps, documents, emails, dates, numbers and people together, whether you're working with a real estate agent or selling on your own. It is not a CRM, and the seller owns the Room.
How the handoff works

Three steps, about a minute.

Make a Room for your seller

From your own dashboard, in about a minute. Their address, their name, and a link.

Send the link

The seller opens it, answers one question about the home, and the Room is theirs. No password to invent, no app to install.

Work from the same page

Add documents and dates as they arrive. The seller can read a plain-language explanation of each step before a conversation.

Why this page existsAn agent's seller asks the same questions at the same points in every sale, and a room answers them before the call.

What your seller opens

One available step at a time.

The Room shows the seller an available next step and explains it. Their documents, calendar, messages, and people stay nearby. You continue to handle your work on the sale.

Why agents hand it over

Four reasons, none of them about you.

Give sellers answers they can revisit

Every step of the sale is explained inside the Room when the seller reaches it. The explanation is ours; the answer to their specific question stays yours.

Nothing asked for twice

The disclosure they signed in March is still there in June, where they can find it, so you are not the one digging for it.

Give each seller an organized place to work

A Room gives your seller one place for the information and documents you share.

The seller owns it

The Room belongs to the seller and stays with them if the listing changes or ends.

What agents ask first

The four questions, answered.

Is Keighbor a CRM or a transaction management system?

No. It's the seller's own organizer, and it stays that way. You get a simple list of the sellers you've given rooms to, and a way to add documents and dates to each one. There's no pipeline, no lead generation, and no brokerage dashboard, and we aren't building one.

Does the seller have to pay?

Everything before the listing is free. When the sale reaches the listing, the seller pays once for the tool. There's no cost to you for handing a room over.

Can the seller see what I see?

The seller sees their own room. You see what they share with you and what you put in. If they compared you against other agents before choosing, that comparison is theirs alone and you never see it.

What if the listing ends?

The seller keeps the Room and its saved work. They control when your access ends.

Where to go from here

What your seller reads.

The one thing to take away

Set a room up for your seller in minutes; they get the guide, you get fewer late-night texts.
