About Keighbor

Anyone can understand how their own home gets sold.

That belief is the whole company.

Built by somebody who practiced residential real estate in Indiana.
*Keighbor is a home-selling organizer that keeps your steps, documents, emails, dates, numbers and people together, whether you're working with a real estate agent or selling on your own.
Where Keighbor came from

The process isn't a mystery. It's a list.

Keighbor started with someone who practiced residential real estate in Indiana noticing how often sellers were made to feel small about their own sale. Asked to sign things they weren't given time to read. Told the process was too complicated to explain.

Software is good at lists, and people deserve to see theirs. So we built the Room: one place that holds every step, paper, and person of a sale, and explains each piece in words a tired person can read once and understand.

What we believe

Five things we won't move on.

No one gets made to feel dumb here

Real estate's reputation is: you don't know how this works, so step aside. We're the opposite of that. Every question is a good question.

The education is free

Knowing how a home gets sold shouldn't cost anything. Every guide, every calculator, and the whole glossary are open to everyone.

The agent decision is yours

We make a tool, not a pitch. Sell with an agent or without one; the Room works the same and costs the same.

Plain words, always

The bigger the stakes, the plainer the language. When a term of art is unavoidable, we define it right where it appears.

Your information stays yours

We don't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. You can delete your account yourself, subject to the signed-record retention in our policy.
