What does Keighbor see?
Keighbor doesn't connect to your personal inbox. Your Room gets its own email address, your documents aren't sent to an AI model, and Keighbor doesn't use a program to read contracts.

Do you need access to my personal inbox?
No, never. Your room gets its own email address. Mail for your sale goes there, and your personal inbox stays yours.
We never ask for a password to your email, never connect to it, and never read it. If a message about your sale lands in your personal inbox, you forward it to your room's address and it is filed there.
Are my documents sent to AI providers?
No. Your documents never leave Keighbor's own servers. The only outside AI call in the product is the "look this up for me" research button, and it sends your property's address and the question you pressed, never a document, a message, or anything you typed.
The research provider is named on our subprocessors page. Filling in, editing, merging and flattening a PDF all happen in our own process, with no outside service involved.
Is anything of mine used to train a model?
No. Nothing from your room is used to train any model, ours or anybody else's, and our contract with the research provider says the same about the address and question we send it.
Does Keighbor read my signed contracts automatically?
No. A signed contract is sealed and stored. No program reads its contents, summarizes it, or pulls dates out of it. The one thing the room reads is a document's file name, so a file called "mutual release" can prompt the room to ask you whether the deal ended.
Dates on your calendar are the ones you enter or that arrive in your sale's mail. We deliberately do not parse contracts, because a purchase agreement is full of termination clauses and a program reading them would raise the wrong flag on every sale.
What information leaves Keighbor when it looks up property records?
Your property's address and the topic you pressed: the parcel record, the schools, utilities, the HOA, comparable sales, or an estimate of value. That is the whole request. Your name, your price, your notes and your documents stay here.
One lookup per topic per sale, and the answer is saved so a second press never sends anything again. Nothing from a lookup lands in your worksheet until you press "put these in for me".
Can Keighbor staff see my room?
Not from the product. Nobody at Keighbor has a login into your room. If you ask us for help that needs us to look at your data, we say what we will look at first, do it from the database directly, and tell you when we are done.
What do you track on this website?
Cookieless page counts, how fast pages load, and a short list of our own events like "somebody finished the calculator". No advertising pixels today, no session recording, and nothing typed into a tool is ever sent.
If we add an advertising pixel, it is off until you say yes on the consent notice, and it is named on the privacy page and on your privacy choices page.
Can I get everything back out?
Yes, any time. "Download everything" in your account gives you a zip of every document, every signed record, every email thread, your people, and a timeline of your sale. Delete your account and everything but the sealed signed records goes with it.
If any of this ever changes, this page changes in the same release, and the privacy policy says so with a date.
